Gift Vouchers

How do i buy a gift voucher?  – In the same way you buy any product, click on ”Gift Vouchers” and then select the value you want for the voucher, then click on ”Add to Cart”. The gift voucher will be listed in the checkout among any other products you may have added. When you go through with the purchase, the gift voucher will be sent digitally to the email address you provided.

How do i give away a gift voucher?  – You can either send the code you received in the email to the person you wish to give the gift voucher to, the receiver can then shop immediately, or you can print out the voucher and put in an envelope and give away.

How do i pay with a gift voucher?  – Click on ”Voucher code / Discount code” at the checkout, there you type the code and can then use it for payment.

How can i see the balance on the gift voucher?  – You have to add a product to the cart, then you go to checkout and click on ”Voucher code / Discount code”. The balance on the gift voucher will then be visible.

Good to know about gift vouchers.  – Our digital gift vouchers can as you probably understand now be immediately mailed or printed. The gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date they are issued and can be used in Poppy Posters webshop. When a gift voucher has expired it cannot be used anymore, cannot be reactivated and the remaining value (if any) cannot be refunded. The gift voucher is a method of payment and should be stored securely, it cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.
