Picture Mats

What is the quality of your picture mats / mounts? – They are acid free, even the core, and they are of museum archival quality and easy to mount in the frames.

How do i choose the right size? – We have made it very simple, almost all our posters have a white surface around the picture which is perfectly matched in size to the picture mat. If you choose a 50x70 cm (20x28 in) poster for example, just pick a picture mat in the same size, 50x70 cm (20x28 in), and it will fit precisely without covering too much of the motif. Exceptions are if you choose a poster with full bleed (if the motif does not have any white border around it at all), or if you choose one of the very few motifs with a different cropping. For those posters it says in the product info that we do not recommend a picture mat for that particular poster, so please check that info twice if you´re uncertain.
